Khadlaj Onyx Gold, launched in 2025 by the Dubai house Khadlaj, is a warm spicy boozy scent. It is super long lasting and plenty strong without being noisy.
The first ten minutes are rum, ginger, bitter orange, and cardamom. Around the twenty minute mark dried fruits, sandalwood, osmanthus, and white blossom take over and the opening pulls back. The dry down settles into myrrh, vanilla, tonka, and patchouli. Expect around 9 to 12 hours or more. Projects well and fills a room early on.
In Bangladesh that means the cool stretch from November to February. In Dhaka humidity a scent this warm turns heavy fast, so one or two sprays goes further than you think.
