One offer at a time
Free delivery is an offer, and our offers do not stack.
If you apply a coupon code or take part in a promotion, the standard delivery charge applies even on orders over ৳3,000. If you would rather have the free delivery, do not apply the code.
Checkout shows you the total either way, so you can compare before you pay and take whichever one saves you more.
How long it takes
Inside Dhaka: 24 to 72 hours.
Outside Dhaka: 24 to 72 hours.
Most orders placed before our cut-off go out the same day. How quickly they arrive after that depends on the courier and how far you are from a hub.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier networks slow down around Eid, during heavy monsoon flooding, and on public holidays. When we know a delay is coming we say so at checkout rather than letting you find out from the tracking.
When your order is prepared
Decants are poured to order, not pulled from a shelf of pre-filled bottles.
That is deliberate. Fragrance degrades in contact with air, so the less time a decant spends sitting around half-full, the better it smells when it reaches you. It also means there is a short window between you ordering and us pouring, which is worth knowing if you need to cancel or change something.
Payment
We accept:
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier when the parcel arrives
- bKash
- Nagad
- Card and online payment
- Bank transfer
Cash on delivery is available across most of the country.
We may ask for advance payment on high value orders, on addresses we cannot verify, or where previous cash on delivery parcels were refused. Every refused parcel costs us the courier fee in both directions, so we hope that is understandable.
How your parcel is packed
Glass travels badly. We pack accordingly.
Each decant goes into a sealed atomiser, then into protective wrapping, then into a rigid box with padding around it. The outer packaging is plain. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.

Tracking your order
You get a confirmation when the order is placed and a message when it ships.
To check where a parcel is, message us on WhatsApp at +8801968009248 with your order number. We would rather look it up for you than send you to a courier website that may or may not have updated.
If delivery fails
Most failed deliveries happen for one reason: the phone number on the order was not answered.
Couriers here call before they arrive. If they cannot reach you, the parcel goes back to the hub and a second attempt is made. After that it returns to us.
Please give a number that will actually be answered during the day, and an address someone can receive a parcel at.
If a parcel does come back to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge applies.
Collect from the shop
You can skip delivery entirely and collect from our Banasree shop.
Order online and tell us you are collecting, or just come in and buy in person. Coming in has an advantage no website can match: you can smell things before deciding.
International delivery
We currently ship within Bangladesh only.
If you are outside the country and want something specific, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it. Usually the answer is no, and we would rather say that than take your money and hope.
