The first ten minutes are bergamot, black pepper, and bay leaf. Around the twenty minute mark clary sage, african geranium, cinnamon, and rum take over and the opening pulls back. The dry down settles into leather, benzoin, incense, and cedar. Expect around 9 to 12 hours or more. Projects well and fills a room early on. In Bangladesh that means the cool stretch from November to February. In Dhaka humidity a scent this warm turns heavy fast, so one or two sprays goes further than you think. Rich and traditional rather than modern and soft, so it divides people.
