Guerlain Vetiver Parfum, launched in 2024 by the legendary French house Guerlain and created by perfumer Delphine Jelk, is a darker, deeper reinterpretation of Guerlain's iconic vetiver theme. It is woodier and smokier than the airy classic EDT, a dark forest vetiver with typical Guerlain good taste that easily lasts a full day and beyond.
The first ten minutes are juniper berries and coriander. Around the twenty minute mark vetiver and smoke take over and the opening pulls back. The dry down settles into licorice and tonka bean. Expect around 9 to 12 hours or more. Projects at arm’s length for the first couple of hours.
